Supawood (MDF) is a very versatile material and any designer’s dream. A multitude of patterns and designs can be applied to it through our CNC process.
These doors are made by coating the substrate with high performance adhesive, applying the vinyl and then applying vacuum pressure to the door. After this process the vinyl is drawn to the shape of the substrate by suction to simulate solid wood, or any other solid colour finish. Vinyls are available in a great range of colours and finishes, and are fairly robust. Hang your doors the day you get them. No finishing is required.

High Pressure Press
At Simply Cabinet Doors we have even taken it a step further by investing in a High Pressure Press to deliver more-than-superior quality wrap doors.
A high pressure membrane press allows for exceptional adhesion as the membrane and high positive pressure allows for extended and consistent pressure and heat on the adhesion line.
We have also introduced an imported adhesive with low activating and high reactivating temperatures. This means that the foil is adhered to the MDF at much lower temperatures resulting in better adhesion. The high reactive temperature means the glue bonding the foil and MDF can heat up to between 85 and 95 decrease C before the lamination will occur.
For better adhesion, sharper detail and the best high gloss finish; you can’t go wrong to order your new PVC Wrap Doors from .
