Although Devin doors have been around for a while, it is still an attractive alternative to impact doors, even if it is more costly. The manufacturing process differs from impact doors in the sense that a colour board with a Medium Density Fibre (MDF) core instead of a wood chip core is used.
The panels receive a slight bevel edge pattern and a thin colour foil – instead of 2mm impact edging – is applied in the manufacturing process.
