3. For credit applications, information including but not limited to the registration number of the applicant if the applicant is a legal entity, VAT number, ID numbers of shareholders or of applicant if the applicant is a natural person, addresses of such legal entity and natural person.

3. During marketing campaigns, the personal information collected will vary depending on the questions posed during the campaign, which questions will provide a clear indication of the personal information to be collected.
The personal information is collected directly from you when our website is accessed, via credit applications or when the personal information is specifically requested by us.
In addition to personal information you submit, we may collect information about your computer including your IP address, operating system and browser type.
When you become a client, you will be added to our mailing list. We may use this mailing list to send you important information about our business, the services we offer, legal developments, news and event invitations.

All personal information collected for finance purposes is merely collected for completeness of account information.
The personal information collected for digital marketing purposes is collected to obtain consumer insights, in order to understand clients better or for purposes of direct and/or indirect marketing, which you consent to when participating in any competitions hosted.
We may process, transfer and disclose your personal information for purposes of providing you with products or services and to comply with your instructions, as well as to improve our services and for statistical purposes.
